If you have a few sickly looking plants, perk them up by using this tip: Get a container, save up your egg shells and crush them up in the container. Add water (about a gallon to a dozen eggs is great) and let the water stand over night. Pour the water and egg shells over your plants and this is a great fertilizer that will give them the pick me up that they need.
