Whiter teeth. Tips to make teeth white again

Brush your teeth with Baking soda to remove stains and whiten teeth. Do this about once a week. It really works. Just use the baking soda as you would toothpaste.

I wouldn't do this. Comments By: Steve I considered this once. I made a bit of paste with baking soda and water. Before I brushed my teeth with it, however, I tried something. I took a bit of it between my fingers and rubbed them together. It was very gritty. I don't care who recommends this. I don't even care if you are a dentist. Bicarbonate of soda.   unsure Comments By: Nia I got this idea from a friend, and began using the stuff this morning - and already, I can see my teeth are a bit whiter and fresher. Aside from this, it did make my gums bleed a lot. But that's just a small price to pay, seeing as my gums bleed every day thanks to my retainer. I'd reccomend it!
